EUROFUTURE charges clients for effective deliverables and clients pay for effective workloads. We propose tracking tools to help clients check, and manage costs. Package budgets can be proposed. |

Prices
Our rational and unbiased approach of clients allows a fair prices policy. Prices are fixed and they are not subject to revision during the first year of the contract. Our fees are calculated on a flat rate basis. Detailed estimates are proposed upon request. |

Additional expenses
Offices expenses are charged with a flat 5% rate of contractual prices. All additional costs and expenses are charged with full transparency. |

We do not ask advanced payments and we have no retainer policy. However, projects requiring a workload exceeding 3 months will be subject to monthly invoicing. All payments are due within 30 days after receipt of invoices ■ |
